A request for a Letter of Invitation can be made by sending an email to annualmeeting@africanstudies.org with “Letter of Invitation” in the subject line. The email must include:

• Your full name
• Your complete mailing address
  
  

If you would like the letter sent to be sent to an embassy or consulate, the email must include:

• Your full name
• The complete mailing address of the embassy or consulate.  

Please Note: requests require 4-6 weeks to process. Requests received after September 30, 2010 are not guaranteed to be processed.
