The 2009 Call for Proposals is now closed. The Secretariat is aware that some individuals have experienced challenges with proposal submissions. All attempts to submit a proposal on or before the March 31 deadline will be honored. Please be assured that the Secretariat is working diligently to ensure that all proposals are submitted for review by the Program Committee.
