The African Studies Association Annual Meeting Exhibit provides publishers, organizations and other producers of African studies materials with the opportunity to display books, educational materials, software, and other items. All registered annual meeting participants are invited to visit the exhibit.

Booth Rental

Each 8x10 booth will be equipped with one 6' skirted table, two contour chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7x4 one line I.D. sign.

 
Advertising


Advertisements appear in the Annual Meeting program booklet, which is distributed to annual meeting attendees. The deadline for program advertisements is September 30. Advertisements may be sent electronically to both Jeffrey M. Herndon, jeff@auroraprint.com and Kimme Carlos, kcarlos@rci.rutgers.edu.Subject line should indicate: ASA Final Program Ad Submission. The best programs to use are Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator. Adobe InDesign and Pagemaker are also accepted.

An exhibit will not be permitted to be installed until the account is paid in full. Contact Sandra Smith at sansmith@rci.rutgers.edu for an invoice.
